Peter Randall's travels have taken him twice to Guatemala, four times to Ghana and single visits to Spain, Japan, Senegal, Togo, Zambia, Zimbabwe. Guatemala images include Maya and Semana Santa, the Holy Week processions in Antigua. As a guest of Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he lectured on the Treaty of Portsmouth that ended the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-05, and photographed in Kamakura, Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagasaki, and Nichinan.
Ghana. images are strong in people, fishing, and the historic slave forts. With five photography friends, he co-authored and published, Ghana, An African Portrait Revisited, a prize winning large format full color book produced in honor of Ghana's 50th year anniversary of independence.
